Family Field Day Needs Your Help
This much-anticipated barrel of laughs is almost upon us: 2:30 p.m. Sept. 13 in Tiedeman Park.
Here's what the planning committee needs from you:
- Kids swimming pool (Just one)
- Water Balloons
- Bats (6-8 Needed)
- Buckets (6-8 Needed)
- Pool Noodles - Full Length (8 Needed)

Event details:
- A friendly competition for the whole family – age 5+ recommended for games.
- BBQ and non-alcoholic beverages provided by Rotary – bring a side dish or dessert to share and a cooler with other libations, if you wish.
- Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
- Bring folding chairs or a picnic blanket.
- Tiedeman Park is located at across from Savannah Arts Academy between 46th Street and Washington; Atlantic Avenue curves around the park.
- Please RSVP on the Metro website so we know how many people to expect.
- Bathrooms available.
